Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 with Maths and/or Accounting is essential.
Diploma or tertiary qualification in Payroll/HR would be considered advantageous.
Experience and knowledge of the BCEA and LRA is essential.
Knowledge of Pastel would be considered advantageous.
Atleast 2 years working experience in HR Payroll is essential.
Advanced MS Excel Knowledge and experience is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administer employee attendance.
Converting all payroll raw data into monetary value for payroll processing.
Responsible for general payroll administration.
Administer ad-hoc payments.
Will be responsible for pre and post payroll checking and audits.
Will be responsible for payroll recons.
Will be responsible for monthly costing.
Valid medical certificate or must be medically fit to obtain one.
